ANNOUNCEMENT SUMMER COURSE 2024 AT VIETNAM - FINLAND INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL

1. PROGRAM:
Week 1: Inside and Outside the Body
How do we experience the world around us and learn about the world we live in? During this week students examine the world and their bodies using their five senses—sight, hearing, smell, taste and touch. How does the central nervous system help us to function? What role do human beings play in their environment? What is the connection between the mind and the body? Students will become more aware of how important it is to look after their body and the environment.
Week 2: Movement and Energy
The human body is designed for movement, embodying vitality and vigor. This week's lessons will delve into the various forms of movement and energy. Students will embark on an exploration of the digestive system, the skeletal structure, and muscles, while also gaining insights into different types of energy. Engaging in enjoyable activities, students will utilize movement, drama, art, and music to celebrate the remarkable capabilities of their bodies.
Week 3: I am Possible
Nurturing a growth mindset in children is a crucial aspect of their learning journey. This week is dedicated to cultivating confidence and acknowledging individual strengths and areas for improvement. The activities center around human growth, encompassing both mental and physical aspects. Rather than uttering "I can't do this," students will be encouraged to embrace the mindset of "I can't do this yet!" Impossible becomes possible!...
2. COURSE FEES:
- 18,000,000 VND/student
- Get 10% discount on course fees for early payment until June 7, 2024.
- If a student has paid the course fee but is notified of non-participation before July 8, 2024, a refund of 50% of the paid course fee will be issued.
- No refunds will be provided if a student has paid the course fee but is informed of non-participation from July 8, 2024 onwards.
OTHER FEES:
Meals fee: 80,000 VND, inclusive of lunch (55,000 VND) and snack (25,000 VND).
- In the event that a student does not participate in the course at all, the School will provide a full refund of the paid amount.

If VFIS receives notice from parents before July 8, 2024, stating that they will not be utilizing the bus service, the school will provide a full refund of the bus fee.

- Cost-free for 2 extracurricular trips/ courses.

3. HOW TO REGISTER:
- Step 1: Register information in the following form before May 30, 2024
- Step 2: Submit the Agreement Form to participate in the VFIS Summer Program 2024 and the tuition/ fees before June 15, 2024
