These clubs aim to provide students with enriching learning experiences beyond the classroom, allowing them to explore their interests and develop new skills under the guidance of dedicated and experienced teachers and coaches.

- Notes on After-School Club Program - Semester 1, School Year 2025-2026

1. Deadline for registration: until October 17th, 2025
2. Class Size
- Each After-School Club (ASC) requires a minimum of 15 students to be opened.
- If a club receives fewer than 15 registrations, it will not be offered in this round.
3. Fee Payment: After the registration period ends (October 17, 2025), the Accounting Department will send payment instructions to parents of students enrolled in clubs that meet the required minimum number of participants.
4. Late Enrollment and Refund Policy:
- Students registering after the first club session are required to pay the full course fee to ensure consistency in organizational operations and maintain club quality standards.
- For students who have paid fees but wish to discontinue after attending one session, the School will consider transferring them to another club within the same enrollment period, subject to the following conditions: (Special provision for Grades 1-2 students: The School regrets that fee refunds and club transfers cannot be accommodated for this grade level, as there are currently no age-appropriate alternative clubs available during this enrollment period.) Fee adjustment provisions for club transfers:
+ If the new club has a higher fee, parents are required to pay the tuition differential.
+ If the new club has a lower fee, the School will refund the corresponding tuition differential to the family.
5. Transportation: Parents please pick up your child(ren) by your own transportation.
