Introducing The Deputy Head of School : Ms. Nguyen Thi Huong

Dear Parents, Teachers, and Students of Vietnam - Finland International School (VFIS),

We are pleased to announce that Ms. Nguyen Thi Huong will officially take on the role of Deputy Head of School for the 2024-2025 school year and the 2024-2029 tenure.

Ms. Huong holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from the University of Natural Sciences - Vietnam National University, Hanoi, and has completed a Master's program at the University of Natural Sciences - Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City. She also possesses a Certificate in Teaching Mathematics according to the IB International Program from the International Baccalaureate Organization (IBO). With nearly 10 years of experience in school management and Secondary program coordination at international and bilingual schools in Vietnam, Ms. Huong brings a wealth of knowledge to her new position.

During her five years at VFIS, Ms. Huong has made significant contributions to the school's growth, working collaboratively with teachers, parents and students to create a joyful environment that fosters strong academic foundations, flexible thinking, and resilience in facing challenges.

We look forward to receiving a warm welcome and support from the VFIS community to Ms. Nguyen Thi Huong as she embarks on this new journey.
