On September 21, 2024, the Singapore Math Challenge 2024 (SMC 2024) was held at Vietnam - Finland International School (VFIS)
With the presence of nearly 400 participants from different schools within Ho Chi Minh City, SMC 2024 was recognized as a celebration for mathematics enthusiasts. This competition was not merely a mathematics contest but it also served as a prestigious international intellectual forum, organized simultaneously in over 10 countries with diverse levels of competition ranging from P1 to S4 (equivalent to educational levels in Singapore). Each participant was provided a golden opportunity to engage in challenges matching their abilities while fostering academic exchanges and competition with peers worldwide. Outstanding contestants will be invited to participate in subsequent international rounds whose awards are valuable scholarships.
