Mr. Pham Minh Tien

I hold a master’s degree in teaching English to speakers of other languages and have more than seven years of experience teaching English and working in educational environments. I chose to join VFIS because I was attracted by its friendly and multicultural environment, and I wanted to gain a deeper understanding of Finnish education.

I believe VFIS is a school with great potential for future growth, and I am excited to be part of that journey. As a teacher, I hope to bring a balanced approach to learning and playing, helping students enjoy their learning while developing important skills and confidence. One quote I particularly like is, “No pain, no gain,” which reminds me that effort and resilience are essential for growth. One thing I want to share is taking care of our mental health is just as important as our physical health.
