THE FINNISH EDUCATION BRIDGE: FROM COOPERATION TO SCHOOL LEADERSHIP

This morning, Vietnam–Finland International School (VFIS), in collaboration with Tan Thoi Dai Education System, successfully hosted an International Education Conference under the theme: “THE FINNISH EDUCATION BRIDGE: FROM COOPERATION TO SCHOOL LEADERSHIP.”

The conference was one of the most prominent international academic and educational dialogue events at the beginning of 2026, bringing together principals and leading education experts from Finland to share the core values of the Finnish education system – widely recognized for many years as one of the most progressive, human-centered, and sustainable education models in the world.

Through first-hand insights from Finnish principals and experts – those who operate an education system built on trust, autonomy, and human well-being – the conference offered a deeper perspective on the true essence of education, moving beyond purely performance-based metrics.
