Mr. Do Minh Luan

With a Master’s degree in Educational Sciences specializing in Primary Education and 15 years of experience in education—including 10 years as a primary teacher and 5 years in educational management across private and international schools—I am truly honored to join the Vietnam-Finland International School (VFIS) community.

I was drawn to VFIS by its dynamic and creative working environment, humanistic educational model, and state-of-the-art facilities. Joining the VFIS family, my greatest goal is to inspire students to live, learn, and work with a vision to help others and make positive impacts on society.

Guided by the principles of lifelong learning and the belief that "Luck is not a miracle; it is a capability built through effort", I look forward to a meaningful and fulfilling journey ahead with all students, parents, and colleagues at VFIS!
