Mr. Le Bao

My name is Lê Bảo. At VFIS, I currently serve as Secretary of the School Board, Academic Quality Team member, and a Chemistry teacher for the Bilingual and IB Diploma Programmes. Alongside my work at school, I am pursuing a Master’s degree in Educational Management, with a strong interest in school governance, academic quality, data-informed decision-making, curriculum development, and educational innovation.

What I value most about VFIS is its unique connection between Vietnamese and Finnish education and the opportunity to work in an international, innovative, and human-centred learning environment. I hope to contribute not only through teaching Chemistry, but also by helping strengthen the systems, processes, and quality culture that support students and teachers across the school. I particularly enjoy turning ideas and data into practical solutions and working with colleagues from different backgrounds to continuously improve teaching, learning, and school development.
