Closing Ceremony for the Academic Year 2021-2022 of Vietnam-Finland International School

On the morning of June 17, 2022, Vietnam-Finland International School (VFIS) organized the Closing Ceremony for the Academic Year 2021-2022. At the ceremony, there was the participation of Mr. Ha Thanh Hai - Deputy Head of Education and Training Department of District 7, Dr. Tran Trong Dao, Acting President of Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU), Dr. Vo Hoang Duy - Director of the Management Board of VFIS, Ms. Sanna Manner - Head of VFIS. There was also the presence of leaders of TDTU units, VFIS teachers, parents and students of all grades of VFIS.

With the efforts of teachers and students, along with the companionship and support of parents, the academic year 2021-2022 of VFIS teachers and students has been a great success. VFIS students are increasingly showing themselves as progressive individuals who always aspire to surpass their own limits and prove themselves through many outstanding imprints in academic, cultural, and sports playgrounds both domestically and internationally.

At the closing ceremony, the School awarded certificates of the Primary and Secondary Programs completion to students of grades 5 and 9, as well as rewarded students with outstanding academic results in the academic year 2021-2022. In particular, the VFIS Award with three categories including Sisu Award, The Talent Award and Innovation Award was first awarded to encourage each student's efforts in learning and training.

In the speech at the Closing Ceremony, Dr. Tran Trong Dao congratulated VFIS teachers and students on successfully completing the academic year tasks, and affirmed that TDTU will always accompany and support VFIS to be more and more developed. In addition, TDTU will also be a place to receive, transfer and connect with prestigious international universities for VFIS students to go to higher education levels in the future.
