The International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP)

What is the IBDP?

The IBDP is a pre-university programme taken over two years of high school by students in Grades 11 and 12.  It is recognised by universities around the world.

The benefits of taking the IB Programme at VFIS

The IB Diploma Programme is justifiably the most popular pre-university programme among students worldwide.  It provides an international curriculum which holistically develops well rounded individuals who have a strong sense of personal and cultural identity, and gives students excellent preparation for entrance to universities around the world and beyond. Vietnamese students strengthen their cultural identity through the study of Vietnamese language, literature, ethics, geography and history.

VFIS is the first Finnish IB school in Asia.  With a new Finnish Director General of the IB organisation we hope for yet greater alignment between Finnish and IB curriculums.
